HOW IT WORKS
- Pay your $150 retainer fee, indicating your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
- You will receive an email with a link to an Order Customization form. Fill that out to provide us with all of the necessary details to complete the initial design of your invitation.
- We will provide you with a quote for your selected items and quantity. Indicate your approval of the quote to begin the design phase!*
- If you are going with a Collection Design, we will send you an email with your digital proof within 2 business days.*
- Review proof carefully and send us any edits that need to be made.
- Changes will be made as needed and sent back for review. (Collection suites include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Further edits may incur additional fees.)
- Upon approval of the design, the print-ready artwork will be sent to print. Your final balance is due at this time.
- Turnaround for Collection wedding invitations is 5-10 business days after you approve the final proof and pay the balance.
- If you are adding any embellishments or upgrading your paper selections, that will lengthen the timeline. Contact us for details!
- Orders will ship flat and ready to assemble.
*Semi-Custom and Tailor-Made designs have a different timeline and require a consultation, either over the phone or in-person, before we can put together a quote and your proof.
